You will
begin with an evaluation session with the trainer,
which will include spine & gait analysis, an
overview of the fundamentals of Pilates (breathing &
abdominal techniques) and an introduction to each
piece of equipment. This will be followed with
introductory series of ten private sessions during
which your personal program is developed. Optimal
results will be maintained with a regular schedule
of 2-3 sessions per week.

HAVE

like you haven't had for years! The Gyrotonic
Expansion System® is a unique system of equipment
and exercises that incorporates movement principles
from yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming and tai-chi.
Created by Juliu Horvath, this system stretches and
strengthens muscles, while simultaneously
stimulating and strengthening connective tissues in
and around the joints of the body. Exercises,
synchronized with corresponding breathing patterns,
enhance aerobic and cardiovascular stimulation and
promote neuromuscular rejuvenation. Unique to
Gyrotonic®, the circularity, spiraling and
undulating movements increase the functional
capacity of the spine and create a spherical and
three dimensional awareness, resulting in total
equilibrium.

accomplished in just hours in a one on one setting.
You will dramatically improve your alignment and
awareness, bringing greater strength, flexibility
and well-being to your practice. You will
meet privately with an instructor in our studio
environment. These sessions are available during
the morning and daytime hours.

ReFormer Class |

This class utilizes
the Pilates ReFormers. The Reformer provides a
full-body workout. You will work through a
choreographed routine of challenging movements, to
strengthen, stretch and lengthen your body. Up to
four students training with an instructor on the
Pilates Reformers.
Must have completed
Initial Evaluation Session and 5 one-on-one sessions
to be familiar with the use of the Pilates Reformer.
