» The Introduction to Yoga Series offers
the most substantial foundation for all new students. In just
four weeks, the basics of alignment, breath and relation are
taught. students are then prepared to move into level 1
Classes, confident of the core principles. Integrate your
body, mind and spirit.

| Introduction to Pilates Mat |

Wednesdays 7:00pm - 7:50pm with Juliet Tablak sign-up on-line
» This class is recommended for people new to
Pilates. Pilates Mat is a series of floor exercises
performed using the resistance of your body and gravity.
These classes will provide extra time for learning the
fundamentals of the system. All the exercises are safe
for the joints and ligaments, and work specifically to develop
the muscles that support them. Start date is the first Wednesday of each
month.

»This class will
introduce you to the complete Pilates System as it was
designed by Joseph Pilates. It is a combination of our Intro
to Pilates Mat and our Introduction to Apparatus. You will
receive 2 mat classes, 2 apparatus classes and 1 private
session. It is a terrific way to enjoy the full Pilates
experience. Students will schedule the private session
individually with the instructor. Limited to 6 students.

» This class will give you an experiential understanding
of the Gyrotonic Expansion System Pulley Tower. It is a 4-part
series that will give understanding of the fundamentals of the
Gyrotonic system, how to connect to expand, how to stabilize
through contrast, how to equally distribute forces, and more.
This class is designed for anyone: whether you have never
experienced the Pulley Tower before or you are apprentices or
teachers of Gyrotonic, Yoga or Pilates. Limited to 4
students.

» This class introduces students to the most popular
pieces of Pilates Apparatus. You will learn the basic
repertoire on the Reformer and Cadillac / Tower Units.
These classes are reserved for students that have completed
"Intro to Pilates Mat". You need to have a good
understanding of neutral spine and the basic repertoire of mat
exercises before taking this class. Limited to 6
students.
