Gyrokinesis Level I Certification

Introduction
The following courses are intended as an aspect of the educational process, which leads to trainer certification in GYROKINESIS®. They may be taken repeatedly by certified trainers to deepen understanding and by members of the general public for personal enrichment. The curriculum is subject to change.

Pre-Training

  • Each enrollee must have participated in a minimum of 10 classes conducted by a certified Gyrokinesis® instructor or enroll in a Pre-Training Course conducted by a certified Gyrokinesis® instructor in order to learn all of the exercises taught in the Level I course.

  • The 10 classes must be at least 90 minutes or 1.5 hours in length.

  • Enrollee will receive a pre-training agreement upon successful completion.

Foundation Teacher Training Course

  • Students are required to present an executed Pre-Training Qualification agreement on the first day of the Foundation Teacher Training Course.

  • The Master trainer reserves the right to deny the students participation in the Foundation Course if they feel the student is not prepared.

  • This course takes place over a 9-day period, with a minimum of 4 hours per day.  The first part of the training each day analyzes each movement and their basic principals.

  • Students are required to teach one another a full class towards the end of the course.

  • Students will receive a Gyrokinesis® Level I Apprentice Certificate and an Apprentice Log Sheet after successfully completing the course.

  • Successfully completing this course will enable students to be licensed to teach classes.

Apprenticeship

  • Apprenticeship consists of students teaching a minimum of 24 classes of Gyrokinesis® classes between a 3 to 12 month period from the time they finish the Foundation Course. Students will be required to document each class on the Apprentice Log Sheet provided at the Foundation Course.

Final Certification

  • Students are required to present the Apprentice Log Sheet to Juliu Horvath on the first day of Certification. Failure to do so will negate their participation.

  • Final Certification is taught by Juliu Horvath only. This course will take place over a two day period. Students will be required to teach each other a full Level I Gyrokinesis® class to show their ability.

  • Upon successful completion the Apprentice will receive a Gyrokinesis® Level I Certificate.
