ARASH DASTRANJ-SEDGHI—Gyrotonic® Master Trainer

Arash Dastranj-Sedghi was trained in ballet and modern dance in Sweden. In 1990 he moved to New York to continue his dance training. Arash soon was introduced to Juliu Horvath's Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis movement systems. He was very impressed by the depth and comprehensiveness of this method and he has dedicated himself to its study ever since.
