Welcome to ReFormation Studio, a refreshing
environment for alternative health and fitness
programs including Pilates, Gyrotonic®,
and Yoga. Classes
help build strength and flexibility, body and breath
awareness, balance, confidence and a sense of well
being. Our unique environment is designed to enhance
body, mind, and spirit for all adults, regardless of
fitness level and movement experience. ReFormation
Studio takes an integrated approach to wellness. We
are dedicated to empowering you with the tools for
health of body and peace of mind.
Our studio is over 6500 square feet and
has two Yoga & Pilates studios and a schedule offering a variety of classes
and instructors. The Pilates and
Gyrotonic®
equipment area
offers a variety of private training, group classes and teacher
training programs.
We offer a wide variety of bodywork and
have a store with a selection of clothing, props and
accessories. The focus of our studio is
to create an atmosphere of harmony &
balance, where each person can experience
the mind-body approach to wellness.
Rent

You may rent space to train your clients on
our equipment or rent studio space for
